Harrison Moore

Harrison joined Azure Capital in 2014.

Harrison has over 10 years of experience in corporate advisory, working across a wide variety of engagements, including M&A (public and private) and capital raisings (debt and equity), particularly within the energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Harrison worked at Aquila Resources Limited in its Corporate Development team, which was involved in mergers & acquisitions, valuation and due diligence. Preceding this, Harrison worked at Ernst & Young in its corporate finance division, providing advice to both public and private clients across a range of industries.

Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Genetics) and a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Corporate Finance) from the University of Western Australia. Harrison is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a Masters of Applied Finance.

Harrison is a Director of Lifting Horizons.
