Shaun Marnewick

Shaun joined Azure Capital in 2021.

Shaun has a broad range of corporate advisory experience having advised on a range of merger and acquisition, capital raising and project financing transactions as well as the provision of strategic advisory services. He has gained a deep understanding of the natural resources sector as well as exposure to mining services and related infrastructure.

Prior to joining Azure, Shaun held positions with EAS Advisors in New York and was a member of the South32 M&A team and PCF Capital (now Argonaut) in Perth.

Shaun holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia (majoring in Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting and Business Law) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has also completed the Program for Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance.
