Tim Balston

Tim joined Azure Capital in 2019.

Tim has 10 years’ experience providing M&A and strategic advice to clients with a focus on the natural resources sector having advised on an extensive range of transactions for a number of leading global natural resources companies and private equity institutions.

Prior to joining Azure, Tim held positions with Lazard in Perth, Standard Chartered Bank in Sydney, Canaccord Genuity in London and Deloitte Corporate Finance in Perth.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting and Business Law) from the University of Western Australia and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
