Tristen Hannah

Tristen Hannah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, operations, and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Director of Technology and Process Optimization at Azuria Water Solutions since December 2024, Tristen has previously held significant roles at USIC from October 2014 to October 2024, including Senior Director of Operations & Workforce Planning, where notable achievements included developing a Customer Profitability report and innovating an SQL-based forecasting tool. In earlier positions at USIC, Tristen directed training and development initiatives that resulted in substantial cost savings and operational improvements, as well as leading data analytics and cost-reduction programs. Prior military experience as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy honed leadership and compliance skills. Tristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
