Sharon Rammekwa has four years of experience in the IT industry. In 2022, they began working as a Support Analyst at Azzure IT Ltd. Sharon then moved to Content+Cloud as a Software Support Consultant. Later in 2022, they joined Preferred Solutions - Your Business Accounting & Payroll Software Solutions Partner as a MS Dynamics Business Central Consultant. In this role, they provided application support for Business Central end-users across different industries, performed system admin duties including user permissions and licensing, and customised report layouts for sales and purchase documents. In 2020, they began working at GoSolutions as a MS Dynamics Nav Consultant. In this role, they provided end-user training and ad-hoc application support, drafted Requirements Documents and Change Requests, performed User Acceptance Testing, installed Nav Role Tailored Client, and wrote basic SQL queries.
