Amanda Smith has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Interim General Manager at BB King's Blues Club since October 2016. Prior to this role, Amanda held various positions at Chili's from December 2007 to September 2016, including General Manager and Service Manager, as well as culinary manager in Jackson, TN. With a strong background in customer service, Amanda has also worked as a food server, bartender, and key team member, demonstrating versatility and leadership throughout the career.
