Britta Wachter

Britta Wachter is a highly experienced professional in the fields of clinical research and neuroscience. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Clinical Studies and Clinical Evaluation at B. Braun Gruppe since January 2024, Britta has held various leadership and managerial roles at R-Biopharm AG from March 2018 to December 2023, including Group Lead Clinical Research and Sample Coordination Manager. Prior to this, Britta worked as a PostDoc at Universitätsklinikum Würzburg, focusing on hippocampal BDNF signaling in contextual fear regulation and anxiety. Educationally, Britta holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Cellular Neuroscience from the Graduate School of Cellular and Molecular Neuroscience, along with a Master's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from Uppsala University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Konstanz. Additionally, Britta obtained a Hochschulzertifikat in Medical Writing from APOLLON Hochschule der Gesundheitswirtschaft in 2020.
