Senior Vice President - Global Indirect Procurement at B. Braun Group

Christian Brüggemann has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 with TMD Friction as a Commodity Manager in Global Strategic Sourcing. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at SKF Sealing Solutions GmbH as a Teamleader in Purchasing. In 2012, they joined SKF GmbH as the Head of Indirect Purchasing Germany and later became the Global Category Manager for Capital Equipment. In 2018, they moved to SKF Group, where they took on roles such as Global Category Manager for CAPEX in Robotics & Manufacturing Automation and Industry 4.0, and later as the Head of World Class Manufacturing & Footprint Strategy / Global Purchasing Manager CAPEX. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Global Indirect Procurement at B. Braun Gruppe, starting in 2023.

Christian Brüggemann received a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree in BWL / Economics from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2004 to 2008. Christian also completed a Six Sigma certification from SKF and received ISO/TS 16949 1st and 2nd party auditor qualifications from DGQ. In addition, they attained an Industriekaufmann degree from IHK.
