Chuck DiNardo

Chuck DiNardo has been in the medical device industry for over 25 years. Chuck started their career as a lawyer, working in the corporate securities group at Stevens & Lee. Chuck then joined B. Braun Medical Inc. in 1995 as General Counsel. In their role as General Counsel, they led the Human Resources and New Business Development organizations. Chuck also oversaw the Drug Delivery business unit. In 2008, they became Chief Corporate Officer/Member of Executive Board of B. Braun of America. In their current role as President of Aesculap Inc., they are responsible for the company's strategy, business development, and operations.

Chuck DiNardo received their Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from John Carroll University. Chuck is also certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Chuck DiNardo reports to Jean-Claude Dubacher, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer. Chuck DiNardo works with Christopher Donigan - SVP, Human Resources, Rob Albert - SVP & CMO, and Wes Cetnarowski - SVP & Scientific Affairs Chief Medical Officer.
