Dr. Ralf Kaspar

Dr. Ralf Kaspar has a diverse work experience ranging from accounting and process coordination to research and teaching assistance. Dr. Ralf began their career in 1999 with DB Schenker and later worked as a freelancer for CONTROLLING Zeitschrift für erfolgsorientierte Unternehmensführung. Dr. Ralf gained valuable experience as a student intern at companies like Siemens, IBM, and IITC Irish International Trading Corp. In 2009, they joined Universität Osnabrück as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant. Dr. Ralf then transitioned to a role as an Assistant Manager and later Manager in the consulting department at KPMG. Currently, they are working at B. Braun Gruppe as the Director General Accounting.

Dr. Ralf Kaspar obtained their Dr. rer. pol. degree in Business Administration (Controlling) from Universität Osnabrück, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Diplom-Volkswirt degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from The University of Göttingen, studying from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they studied International Business Administration at Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave from 2006 to 2007. Dr. Kaspar has also received a certification in Dr. rer. pol.
