Erick Paredes

Erick Paredes has work experience in various companies and roles. In 2007, they worked as a PASANTE at Petroproducción and as a Supervisor de Producción at Aceros Industriales del Ecuador. In 2008, they were a Pasante en MTTO. at Wood Group de Ecuador S.A., an Asesor Técnico at Ivan Bohman C.A., and an Ingeniero Mecánico at Gasdynca del Ecuador. From 2010 to 2022, they worked at Metaltronic Group, where they held multiple roles including Jefe de Compras y COMEX (SCM), Diseñador 1, and Ingeniero de Calidad de Proveedores y Planeador de Abastecimiento de Materias Primas. Currently, they are the Head of Supply Chain at B. Braun Group since 2022.

Erick Paredes has a diverse education history. Erick obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from IDE Business School, graduating in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Magíster en Diseño, Producción y Automatización Industrial from Escuela Politécnica Nacional from 2008 to 2010. Erick also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE, which they completed from 2002 to 2008. Erick Paredes completed their secondary education at Colegio Verbo Divino, where they received a Bachiller en Físico Matemático. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in Big Data from the Inter-American Development Bank in 2019 and certifications in Supply Chain Management, Auditor Interno ISO 19011:2011, and Auditor Interno ISO/TS 16949:2009 in previous years.
