Kayla Chase

Kayla Chase, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kayla currently works as a Learning and Development Lead at B. Braun Medical Inc. (US), where they provide expertise in evaluating training needs and improving existing programs. Kayla analyzes business needs, provides coaching, and identifies process improvement opportunities for enterprise transformation.

Kayla Chase, Ph.D. obtained their B.S. in Health Science, Health Promotion from Ithaca College in 2008. Kayla went on to pursue an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Capella University, completing it in 2017. Currently, they are a Doctoral Candidate in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at Capella University, with an expected completion date of 2023.
