Mary Frances Mika

Mary Frances Mika is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Trainer in Leadership and Professional Development at B. Braun Medical since July 2004, Mary has also held roles as a Senior Trainer and Trainer in Human Resources within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Network Administrator at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America from 1993 to 2002. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Villanova University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
