Morten Rasmussen

Morten Rasmussen holds extensive experience in human resources with a focus on compensation. Currently serving as Corporate Vice President of Operations Human Resources at B. Braun Medical Inc. since May 2005, Morten has advanced through various roles including Vice President and Director, where responsibilities encompass the leadership and development of the Company’s Compensation function. Prior experience includes serving as Compensation Manager at Pep Boys, where Morten developed and managed organization-wide compensation programs, and as Manager of Compensation and Employee Relations at Teleflex, providing expertise in human resources and implementing compensation systems. Morten obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
