Ryan Harlen

Ryan Harlen is a seasoned supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Team Leader at B. Braun Medical Inc. since November 2023. Previously, Ryan held the role of Senior Supply Chain Planner at Radienz Living from August 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing strategic and tactical planning for various products and leading demand and supply planning teams to enhance customer service and revenue. Ryan's earlier experience includes a position as a Supply Chain Business Analyst at Genpact, implementing Lean principles to improve productivity, and as a Capital Equipment Account Manager and Image Analysis Project Manager at Ventana Medical Systems, focusing on sales and customer relations.
