Ashley O'Connor

Ashley O'Connor is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Senior Marketing Manager at B Capital since September 2024 and a Member of Global Women in VC since September 2023. Prior to this, Ashley held the position of Director of Marketing & Platform at Ansa Capital from August 2023 to September 2024. Ashley's extensive career at Work & Co spanned over six years, during which multiple roles were held, including Marketing Director and Associate Director of Marketing. Early career experiences include positions at SS+K as an Account Executive and Publicity Assistant at DKC, along with internships at Weber Shandwick and DEVRIES GLOBAL. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Williams College and has continued education at the School of Visual Arts since 2019.
