Joanna H. serves as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager & APAC Portfolio Talent at B Capital since April 2021, having previously held several roles including Talent Acquisition Manager for APAC and Internal & Portfolio Talent. Prior experience includes a tenure at Morgan McKinley from June 2017 to April 2021, where Joanna was recognized for exceptional performance in recruiting for mid to senior finance talents across various sectors within the Financial Services industry. Achievements in this role include billing over half a million in 2019 and receiving multiple performance awards. Prior roles also encompass consultancy work in talent acquisition and advisory support in employment legislation during a freelance period in 2020, alongside an associate recruitment consultant role at BGC Group. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
