Jim Koutris

Jim Koutris is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at B. F. Saul Company since September 2024, Jim previously held the role of Project Development Manager at OTO Development from July 2018 to June 2024, overseeing design and construction for hotel projects, including the $80 million, 220-room AC Bethesda Hotel completed in August 2022. Prior to that, Jim spent over two decades at Marriott International, progressing to Vice President of Project Management, where responsibilities included managing a fee-based project management team and overseeing significant renovations. Jim's background also includes construction management for senior living facilities and new build hotels, amassing a project value exceeding $200 million. Jim Koutris holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
