Chip Minto

Chip Minto has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chip started their career in 1999 at BVI Inc., where they managed a team of ATM maintenance technicians and later transitioned into sales of bank products and services. From 2002 to 2006, Chip worked at SafeAlert 911 as the National Accounts Manager and Chief Lobbyist, where they sold ATM security equipment and lobbied for consumer security legislative change.

In 2007, Chip founded and operated Kids First Visitation Services of Pennsylvania, overseeing all aspects of the business, including development and day-to-day operations. Kids First provided supervised visitation services to the courts of Pennsylvania.

Chip then worked at Sentry Security Solutions in 2012 as an Account Executive, responsible for expanding the company's market share and broadening product penetration in a multi-state region. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Director of Sales at FieldEZ Technologies Inc., a mobile-based workforce management solution provider.

In 2014, Chip joined Seraphim Software as the VP of Sales, leading the company's efforts in providing SaaS management software solutions for non-profit organizations. Chip remained in this role until 2018. During their tenure at Seraphim Software, Chip was promoted to a Senior Sales Manager position at Blackbaud in early 2018, where they worked until 2021. At Blackbaud, Chip focused on serving non-profit organizations as a manager.

Following their time at Blackbaud, Chip joined FreeWill in 2021 as a Senior Director of Sales. Chip'sresponsibilities included leading the sales team. Chip worked at FreeWill until 2022 when they joined B Generous as the Sales Director. In 2023, they were promoted to Senior Director of Sales at B Generous, a venture-backed FinTech company specializing in philanthropic credit products for non-profit organizations.

Overall, Chip Minto has demonstrated a successful track record in sales, management, and entrepreneurship, particularly within the non-profit sector.

Chip Minto completed their secondary education at Wissahickon High School from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they pursued higher education at Cairn University from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Studies. As for additional certifications, Chip obtained a certification in "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls" from LinkedIn in July 2020.
