Tracey Carlton

Tracey Carlton has held various roles in Human Resources and Corporate Communications for several companies including BLME, Lazard, Capital Group, and Emirates. With a background in education and a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics, she has a strong foundation for her work in HR. Throughout her career, Tracey has taken on roles such as HR Recruitment Officer, HR Associate, Graduate Recruitment and European Training and Development, and Director of People and Corporate Communications. Her experience also includes managing academic studies and working as a supply teacher in secondary education.
