Henry Gounot currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at bakerly since August 2024 and has been a trustee at B Lab France since July 2019, contributing to its establishment. Prior to this, Henry held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Norac Foods from May 2021 to August 2024. At innocent drinks, a certified B Corp, Henry progressed through various roles including Head of Supply Chain Finance and Head of Regional Finance & Operations for Western Europe from September 2013 to May 2021. Henry gained prior experience at E4V as the Directeur administratif et financier and at KPMG Audit as a financial auditor. Henry holds a Master of Science in General Engineering from Centrale Lille and completed preparatory classes in mathematics and physics at Lycée fénelon.

B Lab France
Created in 2006 and present in more than 60 countries, the B Corp movement brings together a community of more than 3000 companies as well as experts and supporters from civil society. This movement seeks to transform the economy by demonstrating that it is possible for a company to make a positive contribution to society and the environment (one of B Corp's slogans is "using business as a force for good"). It also tries to demonstrate, through the achievements of the B Corp community, that it is possible to reconcile the profit motive (for profit) and the collective interest (for purpose). Almost 100 companies are currently certified B Corp in France. They come from the entire economic fabric (ESS, SCOP, TPE, PME, ETI, CAC 40 and French subsidiaries of foreign groups). This community, which has been present in France since 2015, is very active and expanding.
