Janine Guillot

Janine Guillot is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in finance and investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group since September 2023, Janine has previously held significant roles such as Special Advisor to the ISSB Chair at the IFRS Foundation and CEO of the Value Reporting Foundation, which emerged from the merger of the SASB Foundation and the International Integrated Reporting Council. Janine has a diverse career, including leadership positions at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board, Incapture LP, CalPERS, Barclays Global Investors, and Bank of America, where responsibilities spanned operations, investment management, and strategic development. Janine began the professional journey at Ernst & Young as a Senior Accountant after earning a BBA in Accounting and English from Southern Methodist University.
