Kristin Carroll

Kristin Carroll is the Chief Executive Officer of Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency, leading initiatives that create positive social change through health communication campaigns across North America. In addition to this role, Kristin serves as a Strategic Advisor for B Local San Diego and is the Co-Founder and Board Chair of the Agents of Change Summit, which convenes leaders to address public health issues. Kristin's extensive experience includes advisory roles at the San Diego Workforce Partnership, and previous executive positions at ACTIVE Network, where significant revenue growth and strategic marketing initiatives were achieved. Kristin's early career included impactful work with the Partnership for a Drug-Free America and Ammirati Puris Lintas. Kristin holds a BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Advertising and Policy Studies from Syracuse University.
