Keith Watson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Keith began their career at Cendant Mortgage as a Quality Control professional, where they reviewed mortgage applications and conducted pre-underwriting. Keith then joined TD Bank, initially as a Call Center Representative, and later served as a Command Center Operations Analyst, Command Center Supervisor, and Command Center Manager, responsible for leading and optimizing call center performance. Keith then moved into a managerial role as an Operations Research Analyst, where they collected and analyzed data to improve processes and achieve cost savings. In their most recent role at Five Minds Group, Keith was the Operations, Reporting, and Project Manager, responsible for supporting projects, overseeing reporting and quality assurance functions, as well as client performance analysis and reporting.
