Keith Watson

Keith Watson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Keith began their career at Cendant Mortgage as a Quality Control professional, where they reviewed mortgage applications and conducted pre-underwriting. Keith then joined TD Bank, initially as a Call Center Representative, and later served as a Command Center Operations Analyst, Command Center Supervisor, and Command Center Manager, responsible for leading and optimizing call center performance. Keith then moved into a managerial role as an Operations Research Analyst, where they collected and analyzed data to improve processes and achieve cost savings. Subsequently, at TD Bank, they became the AVP and later the VP of the IVR Channel, focusing on strategic planning, project management, and implementation of IVR initiatives. Before joining their current company, b-next group, in 2018 as a Project Manager, Keith worked at Glückspilz Handels GmbH / Five Minds Group, where they served as an Operations and Project Manager, overseeing deliveries, managing vendor relationships, and handling inventory control. In their most recent role at Five Minds Group, Keith was the Operations, Reporting, and Project Manager, responsible for supporting projects, overseeing reporting and quality assurance functions, as well as client performance analysis and reporting.

Keith Watson's education history begins with their high school education at Gloucester City High School in Gloucester City, NJ, from 1987 to 1991. Keith completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program during this time.

Following high school, Keith attended Camden County College from 1991 to 1996, where they studied Business Administration and Management, earning credits in Business Administration.

In terms of additional certifications, Keith obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn in October 2016. These certifications include "Calculating Earned Value," "Gantt Charts Explained," "Practical Project Management for Creative Projects," "Project Management Fundamentals," "Project Management Simplified," and "Solving Common Project Problems." Additionally, they obtained the "Project Management Professional (PMP)®" certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2017.
