Rajendra Karkee serves as an Associate Professor of International Public Health at BP Koirala Institute of Health Science since January 2005, teaching key subjects such as Primary Health Care and International Health Policy to MPH students, while also guiding students' dissertations. Previously, Rajendra worked as a Research Assistant at Curtin University from January 2011 to December 2014, contributing to the development of the Global Public Health stream in the MPH course. Rajendra completed a PhD in Public Health at Curtin University, focusing on the utilization of maternity services and pregnancy outcomes in Nepal, and holds a Master's Degree in International Public Health from the University of London, as well as a Master's Degree in Zoology with a specialization in Parasitology.
