Vernita Doram Sphr

Vernita Doram SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive and progressive work experience in the field of human resources. Vernita currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at B Positive Plasma since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at B Positive Plasma from September 2015 to December 2020.

Before joining B Positive Plasma, Vernita worked as the Human Resources Director at Christ's Home from November 2013 to November 2015. Vernita also served as a Human Resources Manager at Erickson Living from March 2012 to November 2013, and at Genesis HealthCare from October 2010 to September 2011.

Earlier in their career, Vernita held the position of Human Resources and Membership Manager at the Society of Hospital Medicine from June 2004 to October 2010. Vernita started their professional journey as a Business Specialist at Independence Blue Cross in September 1999 and worked there until December 2003.

Vernita's vast experience in various HR roles demonstrates their expertise in managing human resources operations, directing HR departments, and implementing strategic HR initiatives.

Vernita Doram SPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their education with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Holy Family University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. In addition to their degrees, Vernita Doram also holds the certifications of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, obtained in May 2013, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in May 2015.
