Head of Growth

Feels Like is a brand-new, 25-year-old digital design and innovation studio born out of B-Reel. Feels Like creates interfaces that do more and feel more, for some of the pickiest brands in the world. With a prestigious clientele including tech and luxury fashion giants Google, LVMH, Airbnb and Moncler, Feels Like sets out with a bold ambition within digital design and innovation.

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Growth to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, setting goals for client acquisition and growth.
  • Analyze market trends, industry data, Feels Like's inner sanctum and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities and areas to focus on.
  • Lead the new business activity with the help of client services and the creative teams in both locations.
  • Steadfastly help drive the growth of the company including:
    • Reaching out to prospects.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine Feels Like Studios value proposition, positioning, and overall brand strategy.
    • Client development over time (if needed).
    • Input into other long term sales driven actions and processes.
  • Monitor certain key client relationships and ensure we are positioned for financial and creative success, as measured by revenue growth, creative recognition and client satisfaction.

The person should be located in the USA, and be able to travel to clients and to the different Studio locations when needed. Head of Growth will report to the MD of Feels Like Studio and will be a member of the Global Management team.

Experience

  • Experience from a tech driven company, digital agency or similar.
  • Deep understanding of digital, and how tech changes people's habits.
  • New business responsibility, with documented results.
  • Team Leadership experience.
  • Natural business understanding.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong persuasion skills.
  • Experience of a multicultural work environment.

Goals

  • Increase new business generation to specific goals.
  • Grow the adjusted gross income by 50% in the next 15 months.
  • Add new business clients with the aim of becoming long term partners, 1 per 3 months, plus project based clients.
  • Clients to be added should be within the strategic scope of Feels Like Studio.
  • With the Studio leadership team, help create a commercially and well positioned powerful business, out of the different locations, under one brand.
