Motaz Tarek is an experienced professional in product management and strategic development, currently serving as the Head of Product at b_labs and Lead Product Manager at B.TECH since May 2022. Motaz has successfully launched deelapp.com, Egypt's first B2B e-commerce platform for consumer electronics, while driving market research and competitive analysis to enhance brand positioning and build new business models. Previous roles include Product Manager at Vezeeta and Global Release Deployment Manager at Henkel, where Motaz managed software release cycles and implemented automation processes, demonstrating strong expertise in unit economics and cross-functional collaboration. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from The German University in Cairo and experience in various technical and management roles, Motaz has a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and driving significant growth within organizations.
