Mollie Laws is currently serving as the Catering Operations Manager at Vanderbilt University since June 2023, while also working as a Chef for Culinary Services at Thaden School since September 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating meal preparation and managing food inventory for over 400 students with special dietary needs. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Manager at B-Unlimited and various roles at Catering Unlimited since November 2019, encompassing event catering and serving 100-500 guests. Mollie has also been involved in ice cream creation and management at Burton's Comfort Creamery since May 2016, overseeing team operations and customer service, and began the hospitality journey as a Sports Official and Fitness Center Attendant at the University of Arkansas Recreation from September 2014 to May 2016. Mollie holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Arkansas, obtained in 2018.
