Carla Smith is the CEO of CarlaSmith.Health, where strategic growth consulting for health organizations is provided, focusing on health sector realities, strategic planning, governance, mergers and acquisitions, business growth management, and leadership transitions. In addition to this role, Carla serves as a Senior Advisor for several organizations including Health Evolution, the American Telemedicine Association, b.well Connected Health, Careteam Technologies Inc., and Mountain Pass Solutions, Inc. Carla also holds the position of President for the Village of Barton Hills Trustees and serves as a Senior Executive Consultant in the Department of Learning Health Sciences at the University of Michigan Medical School.
