Judy Short

Judy Short has over 35 years of work experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Judy began their career in 1985 as a Regional Vice President for Adia/Adecco. In 1997, they became a Major Accounts Executive for System One Technical, where they were responsible for increasing sales for MCI nationally. In 2006, they moved to ATR International as a Branch Manager. Judy then worked for HumCap as a Senior Recruiter in 2007, Strategic Staffing Solutions as a Technical Recruiter in 2008, and Lee Hecht Harrison as an Engagement Consultant-Contract in 2009. From 2009 to 2021, Judy worked for Valtech (formerly Adea) as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on placing technical consultants within the Agile and Digital spaces. Most recently, Judy joined eXp Realty as a Licensed Realtor in 2021. Judy is currently the Chief Talent Officer at B12 Consulting, a specialized Technical Solutions/Recruiting partner based in Dallas, TX with a global reach.

Judy Short holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Theirtory from William Woods University. Judy also holds a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter certification from LinkedIn, which they obtained in November 2013.
