They have worked as executive producers, showrunners, senior vice presidents, and vice presidents at companies such as Critical Content, Irwin Entertainment, Intellectual Property Company, Wilshire Studios, Maverick Television, FishBowl Worldwide Media, Inc., and GRB Entertainment. They have also held positions such as executive in charge of production and line producer at companies such as Studio Lambert, ITV Studios, THUMBCANDY, and Shed Media. In terms of education, the team members have degrees from universities such as the University of Michigan, The Johns Hopkins University, and Ithaca College in fields such as English / Film, Film & Media Studies, and Film Production.
