Sandeep Rajbhar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Sandeep is currently employed as a Market Research Manager at B2B Sales Arrow since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Nexsales Solutions Pvt Ltd. for several years, starting as an Analyst in Web Research in August 2013. Sandeep progressed through various roles, including Senior Researcher, Team Coach in Web Research, Team Leader in Data Operations, and finally Assistant Manager in Data Operations. In their role as Assistant Manager, they were responsible for setting pricing for new clients, managing a special team for difficult projects, setting productivity targets, and providing solutions to clients when projects did not yield desired outcomes. Sandeep consistently exceeded revenue targets by 60% and developed three leaders within a year.

Prior to Nexsales Solutions Pvt Ltd., Sandeep worked as an Analyst in Web Research at Datamatics from November 2012 to August 2013. Sandeep also gained experience as an Analyst on a contract basis for CRM Launch at Unicomp Computers from March 2011 to July 2012.
