Vasudha Mangalam has a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field, beginning in 1999 when they were an Executive Human Resources at Esanda Finanz and Leasing Ltd. From 2016-2020, they were Global People Officer and Country Head of Acendre India (HR HireRoad), Cache Technologies and Communications Pvt. Ltd. and a Consultant HR. In 2021, they were an Advisor CHRO at Wurkr\u00ae - Your Hybrid Workplace! and in 2022, they were a Strategic Advisor - People Function at both B2Brain and Skylark Drones.

Vasudha Mangalam obtained their Bachelor of Law (BAL. LLB) from University Law College, Bangalore between 1993 and 1997. Vasudha then went on to pursue a PGDIM from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 1997 and 1998. In 2008, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from International American University, Los Angeles, with a focus in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they had attended Vijaya High School from 1987 to 1990. In August 2021, they also obtained a certification in Designing Employee Experience in a Hybrid World Program from PeopleMatters BENEXT.
