Emilija Gregurec

Emilija Gregurec is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Coordinator for Support at b2match since September 2021, where responsibilities include onboarding new team members, tracking KPIs, and providing guidance to the Support team. Previously, Emilija worked as a Customer Success Agent, addressing customer queries in multiple languages and assisting in the functionality of software for event management. Emilija's background also includes roles at the Croatian Conservation Institute as a Conservator Assistant, a French Teacher at Škola stranih jezika eSCe, and a Gallery Attendant at Lauba. Emilija holds two Master’s degrees in Art History and French Language and Literature, alongside a Bachelor's in Slovak Language and Literature and French Language and Literature from the University of Zagreb, with international experience from Université Rennes 2.
