Dave Jost

As Director of Infrastructure Optimization, Mr. Jost is responsible for providing internal technology solutions that support B3 Group employees and clients. He is a strong critical thinker that can see patterns clearly and find a path forward, with experience in leading teams through transformation. Mr. Jost was previously with Alliant Energy where he served as Director Enterprise Analytics, rebuilding the company’s analytics program with a focus on business results and execution. He has a B.A. in Finance & Management Information Systems from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from University of Wisconsin Executive Education.
