As Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Shea leads corporate development, integration, and P&L support of B3’s invested and strategic interests. He brings 15 years of federal Health IT market and over 10 years of commercial “.com” market development and U.S House of Representatives staff. Prior to joining B3, he was VP of VA Services business unit leading 350 FTEs on 30+ programs. He holds a B.A. in Sociology and Criminology from West Virginia University and is industry trained in ITIL and SAFe Agile DevOps.
