Brian Price

Brian Price, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Planet Fitness since 2025, is responsible for driving growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Brian founded and led Price Strategic Growth Advisors, providing strategic financial advisory services from 2024 to 2025. Brian's extensive experience in corporate development and strategic finance was further demonstrated as Chief Growth Officer and Executive Vice President at ConvenientMD Urgent Care from 2020 to 2024, where focus was placed on growth and geographic expansion. Previous roles include Director of Investment Banking at BMO Capital Markets, where Brian led a consumer services practice and managed numerous significant transactions across various sectors. Brian holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
