Lee Vigue

Lionel (Lee) Vigue is our Cyber Security Practice Lead who is responsible for overseeing and leading all internal and external B3’s Cyber Security initiatives. Mr. Vigue has more than 20 years of information technology operations, cyber policy, and defensive cyber operations (DCO) experience in both State and Federal government organizations. Recently, Lee served as Cyber Security Solutions Branch Chief for the U.S. Navy, where he retired after serving 30 years. As Branch Chief, Mr. Vigue responsibilities included advancing the development of the Navy’s cybersecurity policy, operational excellence, and funding for multiple cyber security programs. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from Naval Postgraduate School, an MA in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College, and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University. His certifications include CISSP, CISM, and GCIH.
