Melanie Dowczek

Ms. Dowczek leads the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics on our DTC contract, driving innovation and modernization at the Department of Veterans Affairs. She brings more than 25 years of business experience, with over 12 years in healthcare and business plan development in emerging technical fields. She has a strong ability to align technology with business goals and opportunities, with a history of improving operational models through complex problem-solving. Prior to joining B3, Ms. Dowczek was with Avanade, Inc. where she rebuilt the industry practice from a nearly non-existent state for health & life sciences, leading to a 160% growth in sales over two years through Microsoft Dynamics. She enjoys being an active industry thought leader and contributes by sharing her expertise with a wide range of audiences. Ms. Dowczek received her B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and her MBA in Healthcare Administration Concentration from Tiffin University.
