Pamela Meadows is the VP of Quality, Compliance, & Ethics at B3 Group, Inc. Pamela has over 18 years of experience in quality management and project coordination. Pamela has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.

Pamela started their career as an Executive Assistant at Pliant Plastics Corporation in 2001. In 2006, they became an Executive Assistant at ADS. In 2007, they transitioned to Project Coordinator at LSI Inc. and then to Quality Manager / PMO Lead at Insignia Technology in 2010. In 2016, Pamela left Insignia Technology to become the Project Director at By Light Professional IT Services. Pamela returned to Insignia Technology in 2017 as the Director Quality and Service Optimization.

In addition to their work in the private sector, Pamela has also been involved with several community organizations. Pamela was a member of the PMI Hampton Roads Chapter from 2012 to 2014 and a volunteer with CASA from 2011 to 2013.

Pamela Meadows has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Project Management from Capella University.
