Dan Powell

Dan Powell is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently with B3H Corporation, where responsibilities include recruiting for Department of Defense support, analysis, training, and education. Prior experience includes self-employment at Birchwood Consulting, specializing in change management and talent acquisition strategies, as well as various roles in talent acquisition management across multiple companies, such as WR Systems and Liebherr Mining. Dan has also served as Director of Brewing Operations and Co-Founder at Tradition Brewing Company. With a solid foundation in technical recruiting for sectors including government contracting and engineering, Dan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Bryant & Stratton College and has pursued education at Adams State University and the University of Oklahoma.
