Joachim Moeyens

Joachim Moeyens is a Research Software Engineer at the University of Washington DiRAC Institute, funded by the Asteroid Institute. As a Research Scientist at B612, Joachim focuses on the development of the ADAM platform and the THOR algorithm. Joachim also served as an Asteroid Institute Graduate Student Fellow, building a scalable asteroid discovery service. Joachim developed the THOR algorithm as a Doctoral Student at the University of Washington and has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Prior to this, Joachim worked as a Research Scientist Assistant at LSST and as a Student Researcher at the University of Washington.
