Matas Likauskas

Matas Likauskas has a diverse work experience in finance and auditing. Matas started their career as an Audit Assistant at Deloitte Lithuania in 2012. Matas then moved on to City Service SE, where they held multiple roles including Financial Analyst, Financial Controller, and Chief Data Officer. At City Service SE, Matas managed financial control, consolidation, and reporting functions for over 100 subsidiaries. Matas also proposed a business intelligence/data warehouse development strategy and successfully implemented the first iteration of a data warehouse in Russia. Matas also worked as the CFO of City Service SE's Latvian subsidiaries, where they managed the finance department and led buy-side due diligence processes. Matas'smost recent role was as the Financial Reporting Partner at Linas Agro Group, where they implemented improvements in financial reporting processes and led the transition to IFRS. Currently, they are working as the CFO at BAA Training.

Matas Likauskas obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the ISM University of Management and Economics, where they attended from 2008 to 2012.
