Ramunas Bucinskas

Ramunas Bucinskas has extensive experience in instructional system design and online training project management, currently serving as the Head of Instructional System Design group and Head of Online Training Projects at BAA Training since December 2019. Previously, Ramunas held various roles at Barclays, including BARX client services technical analyst and Barclays Live Support Analyst, from 2012 to 2019. Ramunas also has a background in customer service and technical support, further enhancing expertise in support systems and client relations.
