Rich Brothers has extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and sponsorship activation, currently serving as Senior Manager of Brand & Strategic Initiatives at the Boston Athletic Association since December 2016. Rich has held various roles, including Activation & Brand Manager and Marketing & Sponsorship Activation Manager in a full-time consulting capacity focused on business development. As Principal Consultant at RGB MKTG Consulting since January 2016, Rich also has a notable background in marketing with Clif Bar & Company as Northeast Marketing Manager and previously served in marketing roles at REI, Nike, and the Boston Celtics. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, with educational foundations laid at Natick High School.
Boston Athletic Association
Established in 1887, the Boston Athletic Association is a non-profit organization with a mission of managing athletic events and promoting a healthy lifestyle through sports, especially running. While its signature event remains the Boston Marathon, the Boston Athletic Association manages a comprehensive, year-round schedule of events including the B.A.A. Half Marathon and the Boston Mayor's Cup.
