Lisa de Rosa

Lisa De Rosa, CFM, FMP, SFP, CM-Lean, serves as the Executive Operations Advisor for Cardone Ventures since October 2020, focusing on helping individuals and business owners achieve their goals. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Associate Director of Property Operations at Carvana and has extensive experience within the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), including leadership roles as Chapter President and Immediate Past President for the Greater Phoenix Chapter. Additional experience includes owning The Fiery Fork catering company, serving as Corporate Director of Facilities and Office Services at Sundt Construction, and managing various departments in roles such as General Manager at The $99 Furniture Store and Supply Manager at Digital the Fruth Group. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Arizona State University and has furthered professional development through IFMA education.
