Satina Naghway

Satina Naghway has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Satina began their career in 2008 as a Project Manager at Nart production. Satina then worked as a Film Editor at Motion Production Company from January 2009 to January 2010. In May 2011, they joined Jeeran as a Community and Support Coordinator, where they managed and supported a team of junior community managers and collected user feedback. At Yahoo!, they held the role of Community Manager II from May 2013 to October 2014, where they managed the project lifecycle, executed online sales campaigns, and collected user feedback. From July 2015 to April 2017, they worked at ewaseet jo as a Product Coordinator/UX Researcher, where they built product roadmaps, collaborated with other teams, and provided analytics-based decisions to support the product. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Baaz, Inc., starting from July 2018.

Satina Naghway earned a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology from The University of Jordan, completing their studies from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2015, they completed the "Sketch Essential Training: The Basics" certification from Lynda.com. In the same year, they also completed the "User Experience for the Web" certification from Open2Study. In 2017, Satina obtained the "Adobe XD First Look" certification from Lynda.com and the "Advanced Google Analytics" certification from Google Analytics Academy. In 2016, they completed the "Web Design Fundamentals" certification from Pioneers Academy and the "Facebook Advertising Fundamentals" certification from Lynda.com. In earlier years, they completed the "Persuasive UX: Ethics of Persuasive Design" certification (2016), the "User Experience Fundamentals for Web Design" certification (2015), and the "Persuasive UX: Creating Credibility" certification (2015), all from Lynda.com.
