Netarpal Attri has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Netarpal started their career at Max Fashion India in 2010 as an Assistant Manager and worked there until 2013. Netarpal then joined Pantaloons in 2014 as a Senior Buyer for Kids and stayed with the company until 2022. In 2022, Netarpal became an Associate Director at Snapdeal | AceVector Group, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they are the Business Head for Kids at Baazar Retail Pvt. Ltd.

Netarpal Attri obtained a B.Tech degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from an unspecified school between 2005 and 2009. In 2017, they received the Best Performer Award from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd - Pantaloons. In 2018, they obtained the certification of Emerging Professional from the same institution.
