Lauren Hill, PHR, CPSR

Lauren Hill, PHR, CPSR has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lauren currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Babbage IT, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lauren spent several years at Sunrise Senior Living, where they held the positions of Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for acquiring and retaining top talent.

Before joining Sunrise Senior Living, Lauren worked at Strayer University as a Recruiting Manager, leading a team of talent recruiters and overseeing the hiring of approximately 950 employees annually. Lauren also gained experience as a Service Team Manager at Ultimate Staffing, a Staffing Representative at IBM, and a Service Manager at Ultimate Staffing.

Lauren's career began at the National Institutes of Health, where they worked as a Personnel Assistant, responsible for reviewing applications, facilitating new hire paperwork, and conducting new hire orientation. Lauren also worked as an Operations Coordinator at Friends and Company and as a Recruiter at Palmer Legal Staffing.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies, human capital planning, employment branding, and the utilization of technology. Lauren has a strong track record of attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent.

Lauren Hill, PHR, CPSR completed their bachelor's degree in Sociology from East Carolina University from 1995-1999. Lauren has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career. These include the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021, the Caliper Essentials Certification from Caliper, obtained in April 2021, the Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR) certification from AIRS, obtained in July 2011, the PHR certification obtained in January 2011, the Certified Internet Recruiter certification from AIRS, obtained in October 2010, and the Certified Professional Services Recruiter certification from TechServe Alliance, obtained in July 2022.
